Mountainview Residential estate is a community of 330 properties in bungalow style.
The Mountainview Residential Estate Association, MVERA, provides joint security, joint garbage collection, joint maintenace of roads and sidewalks with beautification. We engage residents in social activities and promote good neighbourliness with court committees
The community organised itself as one of the first residential associations in Nairobi in 1993 in order to preserve the residential nature of the estate and prevent development of Highrise structures
We are very proud to remain a green leafy oasis in the heart of Westlands
We belong to Westlands sub county, Mountview ward and are part of Westlands constituency.
Mountain view estate is located along Waiyaki way between Kinoo and Westlands, just after Kangemi and the Latter Day Saints church .

It is located on a land area of approximately 100 acres, 2nd row from Waiyaki way. The original bungalows were built in 1984 with a further expansion in the late 1990s.
